We strive to find ways to add value to our customers logistical efforts by making them cost effective, less complicated and safer.
With over 20 years of experience of logistical know how, we pride ourselves with the ability to advise and guide our clients in making the best logistical decision for their companies.
Our objective is to move shipments through the supply chain quickly and efficiently, using our experience, network of office, facilities and connections to add value to our customers operation and organisation.
Direct Freight is a firm believer that whilst automation is coming to our industry, as to all, we seek to embrace technology but with the realisation that logistics is more about multiple parameters influencing the objective of each and every movement.
When it comes to logistics we recognise that no algorithm will be able to factor into such an equation and be able to achieve a better result than a human operator because the parameters are constantly changing, sometimes at a moments notice.
It is for this reason that we strive to be effective communicators with our customers and stand by the fact that it is communication which moves cargo and enables shipments to move quicker and accurately to final destination.
We look to position and integrate ourselves within our customers organisation as an extension of their business, their needs and objectives on a corporate and trade level, and we believe it is important to deliver the results which are required by our customer’s customer.
